Gabriel (Vice-President of Area-6 HOA).This is one of the Projects “H.E.L.P.S.” of the City Mayor for his constituent in which “P” stands for peace and order…this vehicle will be use to Pre-empt/Deter criminal acts to the residents of the UPS-5.
