As part of the national program to move informal settlers from “danger zones” to safe and suitable sites, the Parañaque City Government represented by Mayor Florencio Bernabe, Jr. and the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) represented by its General Manager Alfonso Cusi recently signed a Memorandum of Agreement to relocate the families who are presently occupying portions of the MIAA property adjacent to the Ninoy Aquino international Airport (NAIA) runway which is in the flight path of descending aircrafts.
