The Local Government Unit of Parañaque headed by City Mayor Florencio Bernabe, Jr. recently issued to the various Tricycle Operators and Drivers Associations (TODA) in the city tricycle body plates to be attached to the units that are registered with their organizations. Apart from providing tricycle identification, the body plates provide benefits to both the public and the operators and drivers. They also serve the best interest of these transport associations because the body plates pose to deter the proliferation of “colorum” units and the unfair competition they present.
