Parañaque City Mayor Florencio Bernabe, Jr.  gives his welcome remarks during a recent mass wedding in the city which was organized by Parañaque City Vice-Mayor Gustavo Tambunting (seated, right). The event took place at the Activity  Center of SM City Sucat in Brgy. San Dionisio, this city. 300 couples exchanged their vows during the ceremony.
