Parañaque City Youth and Sports Development Adviser Benjo Bernabe (on stage) addresses a recent batch of project beneficiaries, spectators and guests during the “Sing with Mayor Bernabe” Grand Recital which was held recently at the Activity Center of SM City Bicutan in Brgy. Don Bosco, this city.  Under the  said of the Parañaque City Government under Mayor Jun Bernabe, beneficiaries are given free voice/singing lessons up to eight sessions to develop their potentials, talents and self-confidence; open avenues for service in school chorales and church choirs; pave the way for a singing career; and steer the youth away from bad company, prohibited drugs and crime.(Public Information Office)
