Parañaque City Mayor Florencio Bernabe, Jr. recently launched a project called “Sing With Mayor Bernabe” where students and adults will given free voice lessons which will last up to eight sessions.  The project will be set up in the 16 barangays of the city’s two districts and will accommodate up to 50 students per barangay.  Photo shows Parañaque Youth and Sports Adviser Florencio “Benjo” Bernabe (left) and Mr. Larry Reyes (right) with some of the participants in Dr. Arcadio Santos National High School-Moonwalk Annex.
