Parañaque City Mayor Florencio Bernabe, Jr. (left) joins MMDA Chairman Bayani Fernando in overseeing  the clean-up operations at the Baclaran part of the historic 8-kilometer Parañaque River during the launching of the 4^th stage of the Parañaque River Rehabilitation Project of the City Government of Parañaque and the Save the Parañaque River Foundation.
