Parañaque City Mayor Florencio M. The City Government of Parañaque is finalizing arrangements with the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) for a partnership to transform Parañaque Community Hospital into a hospital of international standards with specifications conforming to the standards set by the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM), capable of dealing with cases of SARS, Avian Flu and other emerging diseases of international concern.
